A well-designed mould structure is a prerequisite for the manufacture of a qualified mould. The mould structure and product structure must be analyzed in all aspects before the mold is manufactured. These include moud draft, product surface microcosm, gating system design, and exhaust system. Design, cooling system design, etc. These are the most important and easiest problems.
Crate mold cooling system design: The design of the cooling system is a relatively cumbersome work, it is necessary to consider the cooling effect and cooling uniformity, but also consider the impact of the cooling system on the overall structure of the mould. The crate mould adopts circulating water to flow in every part of the mould, reducing the cooling time during injection moulding, improving the production efficiency of the product and greatly reducing the production cost.
The maintenance of the crate mould is more important than the maintenance. The more the number of maintenance of the mould, the shorter its service life; and the better the maintenance of the mould, the longer its service life will be. Mould maintenance is mainly divided into three points:
1. The daily maintenance of the mould: various moving parts such as thimble, row position, guide column, guide sleeve refueling, cleaning of the mould surface, transport of water, this is the daily maintenance of the mould production.
2. Regular maintenance: In addition to routine maintenance, the exhaust tank should be cleaned, damaged, and worn parts should be corrected.
3. Appearance and maintenance: the outside of the mould is coated with paint to prevent rust. When the mould is to be lowered, the fixed mould should be coated with anti-rust oil. The mould should be closed tightly to prevent dust from entering the cavity.
