Key points and composition of mould manufacturing to avoid deformation

In the manufacture of the mold, the deformation of the mold is often encountered, and the following points are introduced.

(5) adjust the wall thickness of the workpiece to make up for the deformation, or increase the reinforcement to enhance the anti warping ability of the parts.

(6) the strength of the material used in the mold of the mould factory is insufficient

The composition of die analytical mold

At present, the structure of the mold will vary according to the type and composition of the mold, and there are two major categories: the configuration structure and the reverse configuration. The former is the most commonly used structure, the latter is mainly used to extend the forming die or to match the special mold.
