Lubrication is the focus of the plastic mold maintenance process, each need to lubricate the parts must be reasonable lubrication, but the plastic mold lubrication is not said to be coated with lubricating oil, lubrication, pre treatment, brushing and other methods can not be sloppy.
Plastic mould lubrication, should be lubricated parts with a clean cotton wipe, remove impurities such as iron powder; sodium base grease and then coated with a special tool or clean mandrel lubricant, to avoid impurities as lubricating parts grinding affect the accuracy of the die.
When lubricating plastic mold, it should be evenly coated with a thin oil film, especially near the molding parts of the lubrication point, must use cotton yarn to grease penetration, coated with a thin layer of sodium base grease, so as not to squeeze out contaminated plastic parts. And other parts of the lubrication have to be careful.
For example, the plastic mold guide pillar, guide sleeve positioning lock surface lubrication, first should be the column and sleeve positioning lock surface respectively with cotton yarn wipe clean, and then brush with a small amount of clean grease evenly coated with a layer of oil film. And the top block, top rod, reset rod lubrication, but also with a clean brush dipped in a small amount of clean grease evenly coated with a layer of oil film.
Special lubrication plastic mould forming parts of the top block, with thimble lubrication oil amount; lubricating linear core pulling part, to core pulling out the core pulling slider sliding part and sliding groove corresponding with a clean cotton wipe after don't block and groove apply a uniform layer of thin oil film, can be installed to limit the core pulling slider.
In addition, it also relates to the parting surface, the template surface and the lapping surface of the plastic mould, and the same is done after cleaning. In short, the premise of plastic mold lubrication is to maintain a good clean state.
