Thin wall mould design key points

Seaco Mould is thin-walled products mold professional manufacturer, product design, should pay attention to the following major points:

1. Seal water surface design zero with zero.

2 box and the cover assembly ,the mating surface empty 0.15-0.2mm gap.

3. Cover edge and the box body fit, the design of space-time 0.8-1mm, specifically to see product size.

4. Ribs design generally thinner than the product, most of the ultra-thin products are transparent material,ribs tend to be too thick bubble.

Thin-walled products,Mold structure design points:

1. The shape of the product is simple, without any undercut and touch holes, similar to the cup, the product surface more than 3 degrees, can be designed as a side gas, oblique gas, valves and so on.

2. Stripper board height 1mm below, for the processing of ribs, stripper can be inserted.

3. Multi-cavity mold design methods: (1) Independent self-locking: multi-cavity independent self-locking Suitable for all shapes thin-wall class mold design, each cavity independent, the bottom of the mandrel seed into the core composite board. (2) the overall clamping: the wall thickness greater than 0.8mm, the machine is relatively small, hard to put in, the overall structure, but to be explained in advance.

4. Cavity, core structure design: (1), cavity composite plate generally used P20 steel.
